Guido Schaer is an entrepreneur and manager with over 30 years of experience leading and developing nutraceuticals and food ingredients operations and investments. He is Chairman of GRA Nutra AG, experts in biotransformation by fermentation, microalgae, and formulation into valuable ingredients for the supplement, food, and beverage industries. In 2010 he founded Schaer-BDS GmbH, which develops and sells unique equipment for the production of nutraceutical ingredient products and executes plant investment projects in multiple countries. Previously he was co-owner and COO of Unipektin Ingredients AG, and founder and managing partner of Nurevas Food LTD.
